Our Team

Alicia
Alicia is the front office/patient coordinator. She has been working with Dr. Paulson for over 18 years. She will meet with you for your first appointment and answer some of your questions with the help of Dr. Paulson. Alicia keeps the office running smoothly. She actively seeks updates and continuing educational classes in dentistry, alternative medicine and dental homeopathy. She finds and enjoys the time she spends with her husband Joel and her two children, Clarissa and Aaron.

Paulina
Paulina is our exceptional head assistant who has worked in our office for over six years. She has a cheerful personality that will make every patient feel welcome. She works closely with Dr. Paulson to make each appointment comfortable and efficient. Paulina will have a blanket ready, headphones, dark glasses, and even a teddy bear if you choose. She is a wonderful organizer. She likes to read, swim, go to the movies and spend time with her family.

Jacquelyn
Jackie is our friendly, caring, gentle dental hygienist.  Jackie graduated from Indiana University where she earned her bachelors degree in apparel merchandising.  Recognizing that she wanted to have an impact on people's health, she then pursued her dental hygiene degree at Indiana University Northwest.  Jackie enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, cooking and reading.  She feels that the most rewarding aspect of being a dental hygienist is helping her patients achieve and maintain optimum oral health.

Tina
She's our clinical coordinator with a dental assisting degree. Tina loves spending time with her family, best girlfriends, and especially her daughter and grandson. She's the most loyal Bears fan you will find, and loves #55 Lance Briggs!!!

Kelly
Originally from Northwest Indiana, Kelly recently moved to Chicago. She has been 10 years in the dental field with a primary focus in front desk administration. Kelly is a sports enthusiast and loves spending time with her son who is now in college. She is very excited to be in Chicago and working with Dr. Paulson.

Your First Visit
Our dental office strives to bring together superior quality and caring dentistry from the very first appointment. We do digital x-rays, microbiological exams (dental plaque evaluation), intraoral pictures, Diagnodent as a caries indicator, complete oral cancer and TMJ exam (Temporal Madibular Joint). We also offer creative financing options. One is CareCredit to serve our patients needs. Our new patient examination is so comprehensive that most patients comment, “I’ve never had such a thorough dental exam like this before.” And, “ I’m very impressed with all the information you gathered about my mouth and general health.” Then, depending upon the dental problem or condition, multiple recommendations will be given to meet each patient’s dental needs, concerns and sensitivities.
